"We had a single piece of siding come off my 96 yr old Dad’s house. We had both the siding sheet and the end cap to secure it. A VERY small job. Devin, the Sales Mgr came by to give a quote and said he would see if one of the crews could come by on a weekend to do the job because their week days were scheduled for larger jobs. To Devin’s credit as well as his manager, he was able to come by within the week to do the job himself!!!! He realized that if this one piece wasn’t secured, the siding would start peeling off the house in the next wind storm! Devin’s professionalism and conscientiousness is a huge KUDO to Wells Home Improvements. "Travis Wells and is staff have all been super amazing with helping me get the roof my house so desperately needed. I met Travis in November of 2019, and was told I needed a new roof. Then the world experienced COVID and that was the beginning of my dominio effect. I lost both parents in 2020, then needed a hip replacement shortly after. Travis and his staff took such good care of me by entering me in the win a new roof and came out and finished the job in 1 day. Everyone that was there treated me like I was top priority., when in fact they were top priority to me. Travis made sure to patch the roof way back in 2019. When the ceiling fell in the bathroom I called him since he patched the roof in 2019 and didn’t have to.
